"Eric and his team spent at least 12 hours showing my wife and I a minimum of twenty houses. Many of them multiple times. At one time we considered making an offer on a home that required extensive renovation. Eric spent an hour looking over the house and then assessed the max value that the neighborhood could support. We decided to pass. I was also surprised that Eric and his team did not have any issues identifying or showing us homes that were “for sale by owner”. Prior to making the offer Eric’s team put together a detailed comparison of multiple homes in the neighborhood and nearby area.
